Rad gefahren (im 'Random Hill-Programm', d.h. es ging ab und zu ganz schön steil bergauf) und war dann noch 15 Min. auf einem Stepper (ich glaube, die Dinger heißen so). Das hat mir für den Anfang schon gereicht. Zur Entspannung bin ich dann noch mal in den Pool gesprungen. Bis jetzt habe ich auch noch keinen Muskelkater.
